In the past, the fluorotelemor industry was represented by FluoroCouncil, but it split into two different branches: fluoropolymers and fluorotelomers. 2965161 After all participants have shortly introduced themselves, Mr. explained that the PFHxA restriction dossier has been submitted by Germany and ECHA's scientific bodies RAC and SEAC are now drafting their opinions. The Dutch Competent Authority will not discuss the dossier with stakeholders at this stage. After the RAC and SEAC opinion has been sent to the European Commission, a meeting could be considered. Next, Mr. indicated that since the beginning of 2020 the Netherlands is working together with Germany, Norway, Denmark, and Sweden on a broad PFAS restriction dossier.
