BOX 816, SILSBEE,TEXAS The Kettering Institute Cincinnati, Ohio Dear Sirs: I am enclosing this letter with two lots of samples identified as follows: (1) .012 RC Carton Stock (2) .012 Texcote BW Carton Stock I am interested in learning -whether these samples would.pass the Federal Food and Drug Administration's requirements, hut not including the bacteria count, as these, samples were:1 not: obtained under sterile conditions. In other words, we are interested in whether there is chemical odor, taste transfer or any detectable compounds such as Phenol or Mercury. It is not my intention that you should make extensive and ex pensive toxicological tests using an animal colony, but only normal chemical tests. As a further lead to the extent of the work required, the cost for both samples should not exceed $25.00. If you are still doubtful of our requirements, please contact me. Thank you. Yours sincerely.
