Specifically, they are concerned that this regulatory process: o Ignores the diversity of PFAS and their various applications, as well as evidence that particular substances (including HFOs/HFCs and PCTFE produced by Honeywell). o Disregards industry and business concerns about proportionality, enforceability, socioeconomic impact, lack of viable alternatives and risk of unforeseen supply chain disruptions. - The Commission explained the state of play in the preparation of this restriction, as well as the approach to be followed when preparing such restrictions.
