RE: Request to meet with Administrator Pruitt on October 19
Attachments: External Meeting Request Form.docx
Hi Desmarie,
Thanks for reaching out to us. We are still currently working through the schedule. But this is something we are interested in getting the Administrator to in October. I don't see if we have a meeting request form on file. Do you mind filling one out? This way we have all the information we need to work through our scheduling process.
I apologies for the delay in getting connected with you! Please let me know if you have any questions!
Best, Maddy

Tate and Madeline:
Below is the original meeting request I submitted to Amy back in June for Administrator Pruitt to speak at our CEO meeting on October 19. I just spoke with Amy and she recommended I resubmit the request to you.
If you have any questions about the request, the meeting, etc., please let me know.
Thanks so much.
Desmarie

Amy, John, and Amy:
On Thursday, October 19, the American Public Power Association's CEO Climate Change & Generation Policy Task Force will meet at APPA's offices in Arlington. We would like to invite Administrator Pruitt to meet with the task force that day to discuss the regulation of greenhouse gases from electric generating units. The meeting typically runs from 9:00-4:00 p.m. with CEOs flying in the night before and then leaving right after the meeting ends. We would love to have the Administrator attend the meeting at our offices in Crystal City for an hour (or whatever amount of time he has) to meet with our CEOs.
This is the meeting I referenced when we met in May. If you need more details on the task force, please let me know. Several of the members of the task force were in attendance with Administrator Pruitt last Monday (June 19) at his CEO roundtable.
Thank you so much.
Desmarie
