This complaint is very difficult to evaluate because: 1) The individual subjected to the alleged hazard is not named. 2) The conference at which the alleged hazard occurred is not specified. 3) It is not our understanding that subjection of an individual to cigarette smoke resulting from the personal preference of other employees would be considered a health hazard.
