This letter indicates that this action was agreed upon between the Medical Department and ourselves but apparently the discussion was orally as we find nothing in our files to confirm our Medical Department's decision in the matter. Just as a matter of record, I would greatly appreciate your giving me a letter to this effect and then I believe our files will be complete on the subject. Thanks very much. In such cases, they shall then-be required to report to us at which time arrangements-will be made for a special examination at 'the duPont 'D'ye' forks Hospital. Will you, therefore, please instruetyyour men accordingly?
