Gov. Scott Announces Eighteen Appointments to Multiple State Boards
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Today, Governor Rick Scott announced eight reappointments and ten appointments to multiple state boards.
Board of Pharmacy
Richard Montgomery, 57, of Orlando, is a pharmacist for Adventist Health System. He fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term beginning December 1,2017, and ending October 31,2018.
Dr. Jonathan Hickman, 44, of Tallahassee, is a regional clinical account director for AstraZeneca. He succeeds Jeenu Philip and is appointed for a term beginning December 1,2017, and ending October 31,2021.
Jeenu Philip, 45, of Saint Johns, is the senior manager of pharmacy affairs with Walgreens. He succeeds Dr. Michele Weizer and is appointed for a term beginning December 1, 2017, and ending October 31,2019.
Dr. Mark Mikhael, 43, of Orlando, is the vice president of operations for ProHealth Pharmacy Services. He is reappointed for a term beginning December 1, 2017, and ending October 31,2020.
These appointments are subject to Senate confirmation.
Board of Medicine
Andre Perez, 40, of Miami, is the chief executive officer of EB5 Visa Funds, LLC. He fills a vacant seat and is appointed for a term beginning December 1,2017, and ending October 31,2020.

Ray Dubuque, 67, of Panama City, is the former regional director for AT&T. He is reappointed for a term beginning December 1,2017, and ending November 13, 2020.

Florida State Boxing Commission
Michael Yormark, 51, of Boca Raton, is the president and chief of branding and strategy at Roc Nation LLC. He succeeds Tirso Martinez and is appointed for a term beginning December 1,2017, and ending September 30, 2021.

Board of Professional Geologists
Michael DeNeve, 63, of Bartow, is reappointed for a term beginning December 1,2017, and ending October 31,2020.
Mervin Dale, 58, of Fort White, is reappointed for a term beginning December 1,2017, and ending October 31,2021.
Stanley Warden, 56, of Tallahassee, is reappointed for a term beginning December 1,2017, and ending October 31,2021.

Seminole State College District Board of Trustees
Amy Lockhart, 42, of Sanford, serves as the chair of the Seminole County School Board. She is reappointed for a term beginning December 1,2017, and ending May 31,2021.

Florida Virtual School Board of Trustees
Robert Gidel, 66, of Windermere, is a managing partner at Liberty Capital Advisors. He is reappointed for a term beginning December 1,2017, and ending September 10, 2021.
North Broward Hospital District Board of Commissioners
Nancy Gregoire, 73, of Coral Springs, is a partner at Birnbaum, Lippman & Gregoire, PLLC. She succeeds Linda Robison and is appointed for a term beginning December 1,2017, and ending June 27, 2021.
Palm Beach County Housing Authority
Phyllis Choy, of Jupiter, is a realtor for Water Pointe Realty Group. She succeeds Arsalia Byrd and is appointed for a term beginning December 1, 2017, and ending March 23, 2020.
