A copy of the file received from Pacific Construction Systems today Is enclosed. The only correspondence contained In the file not copied are the letter from Robert Merther and the test reports.
We do not know what response there has been to the 9-20-84 letter from Heery to Anchorage School District. One Interesting point In the file Is a copy of the Occupational Safety and Health Standards marked received by PCS 10-9-84.
It will be Interesting to hear why they didn't do something before now.
