I have most of this material and will undoubtedly have the 'remainder of it shortly, sine the letters are copies of material sent directly to ms In the main. With this file I am sending copies of two other letters of Roberts which were forwarded from your office recently. I have attached pencil notes to on of these for your Information. I also send you herewith copies of all letters which 1 have written to Roberts, including ay last letter of today* This brings your file up to date. X have noted on reports which Roberts has sent in that certain mixing installations do not have placards of instructions to workmen posted In the plant, and that he Is having such placards printed. I wonder If this means that these placards in Spanish have not been provided for Mr, Roberts. If he is not aware of their existence 1 would Suggest that you infom him that these placards are available, 2 think it would be wise if you would see that he is supplied with a sufficient number of these for his purposes* unless ^pu find out in the New York office that he has already been so supplied* My reason for wanting the official placards used is that these placards carry just the material which I want supplied, and no more* Moreover the translations have been very care fully checked and X think it is safe to conclude that they are entirely adequate for the purpose.
