The meeting was called to order by Hr* J. w. Gardiner, who presided, and Mr* it* H. Merritt reported the minutes of the mooting*
The minutes of the meeting of January 13 were read and approved with the following exceptional
Mr* Reeves explained that tha hospitalisation for all faotory omployeoe would only apply to thooo with ono yoar or more of servleo* Be alee explained that the effective date for tho foremen and supervisory faotory omployooe would bo January 16, 1947 end that only those employees whose now yearly rate would bo under $4,000*00 per yoar will receive an increase of $225*00 per year*
On motion made by Mr* Rockwell and seconded by Mr* 1* T# Beale, the following officers were nominated to serve during the ensuing years

Mr* Reeves submitted the following comparative figures for tho month of Deeember 1945 end 194$ end for the twelve months of 1945 end 1946* Zn the ease of the figures for 1946 the normal stock system has been eliminated in these flgarea for November end December*

Mr* Wilson presented a report of tonnage figures for each department in 1946. Re also stated that wo had enough soya beans in our plant at tho present time for operation daring tho next sixty days*
Mr* Gardiner submitted an annual report oovoring tho developments at our plant during 1946 and our expectations for 1947*
On motion made by Mr* Rockwell and seconded by Ur. 1* f* Beale, it was unanimously decided to make application, subject to the approval of the Manufacturing Committee, for a CAR in the amount of $24,921*80 to cover the purchase of two Mack tractors and three Highway semi-trailsre, which will replace our obsolete Wo* 3 and Wo* 4 electric trucks* These electric trucks are now thirty years old and it is impossible to obtain repair parts for thorn.
