I understand it's late so we can talk tomorrow, but I did want to get you this information as soon as possible. As we discussed, we had some out-of-town travel surface that needs to happen around the time of this event. It is now looking like we will be out of town that week of Dec 11. As I know your folks will be booking flights very soon, we are hoping that we could move the date of this event. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this causes but I'm hopeful that we can still make this a great event with strong involvement. In offering other dates that would work for us, we could do Dec 4 mid-afternoon, Dec 5, Dec 6, or Dec 7 afternoon. Would any of those dates work for you? Please let me know.
