Dr. Harold R. Imbua 399 East Church Street Marion, Ohio
Dear Doctor Imbus:
I have been puzzling my mind over the failure of two books of mine to be returned to me, one the monograph of Nye of New Zealand on lead and chronic nephrites, and the other a bulletin of an Australian Governmental Investigation on this same problem.
1 am sure that I loaned these to someone with whom I was talking about this matter, but apparently I made no note of it at tkb time, and I cannot explain this on any other basis than my utter certainty that they would be returned. I am still of that mind, but I am a bit uneasy because Z cannot remember when it was. I had occasion to refer to one of them a few days ago, and thi3 is what set me investigating.
If you should have the books and are holding them to complete your review of them, keep them by all means until you have finished. But do let me know.
I trust that your family is thriving and that your work is going well.
With best regards.
Sincerely,
RAK:ss
