I called and chatted with you prior to Scott's confirmation and you said that you could get a meeting with Scott once he was confirmed. The company I manage is one of the largest marketers and participants in the Ethanol marketplace with revenues exceeding 4 Billion at the peak. We have been involved with the EPA for years in the RINS area and worked to establish some of the QAP programs. In doing so we have been exposed to some of the RIN fraud cases (primarily D5 RINS) which have cost my company tens of millions of dollars during the last couple of years thru no fault of our own. I would like to speak to Scott for a short period of time to plead our case regarding this matter. I know he is busy with many issues but I feel this is a case of great injustice where good honest people are punished for no apparent reason.
