Dehn Location: 10 West Subject: MCA/VDCM Studies At the request of Charles Taylor, I am enclosing the latest official written information on the MCA sponsored VDCM tests being done under contract in the Dow toxicological laboratories. In a nutshell, the wavy rib syndrome was real. Tests are underway now to see if this phenomenon (caused by ingesting 25 ppm VDCM in drinking water) disappears after the pups age and their bones ossify.
