HARVESTER December 3, 1979 Chairmen Hazardous Materials Committee Plants, Foundries, and Engineering Centers Status of Hazardous Materials Control Program The international Harvester Hazardous Materials Control Program has been operating for three years, and we would like to know how well it is working. This memorandum contains several questions that will help us to chart the progress of various plants, and to identify problems with the program. We want to see if anything can be or needs to be done to make the Hazardous Materials Control Program more effective, more meaningful, or easier to administer. Please answer the following questions and return the information to us by December IS, 1979. Precise answers are not that im portant, so please feel free to make an educated estimate rather than spend a lot of time coming up with an exact answer.
