Experimental Orders Any experimental order request for an asbestos-containing product will be refused unless: a) The order is for internal testing purposes. b) The customer requires the product for baseline (point of reference) testing. c) The order has the written approval of the division president or his designated alternate. 3. Development Orders PDO's/RO* s/LWO* s that involve asbestos products will be refused. 4. General sales policies and return policies must be reviewed by the Operating Committee prior to printing. 5. Inventory No additions to inventory levels, nor the addition of any SKU that contains asbestos, will be made. If such a need develops, the materials manager must bring the situation to the vice president of operations who will, in turn, review the situation with appropriate members of the staff.
