Minutes of Regular Meeting of the Board of Birectors of National Lead Company held at No. Ill Broadway, New York City, on Thursday, June 20, 1929, at
10 o1 clock a. M.
Present: Messrs. Beschorman, Brodrick, Carpenter, Carter,
Caselton, Cornish, Croft, Field, McCarty, Rockwell, Taylor and
Thompson.
Absent: Messrs. Beale, Dorsey and Sidford.
Present by invitation: Mr. Merrick.
Minutes of the regular monthly meeting held May 10, 1929,
were read and duly approved.
On separate motions the following resolutions were each
unanimously adopted, the roll being cabled where the expenditure
of money was involved.
RESOLVED, that the following actions of the Executive Committee be and they hereby are approved.
Appropriating $7500.
for the purchase and installation of a fume litharge plant at Bradley Works, Atlantic Branch.
