TOPIC: CPS Award Update Decisions: N/A Actions: Members are encouraged to work with Council staff in advance of submission to help expedite the review and approval process for the CPS FPL awards. II. TOPIC: Annual Report to Congress Decisions: Steering Committee concurred on moving to a Council vote on the 2017 Annual Report to Congress. The Council vote on the Annual Report is tentatively scheduled for February 21, 2018, via teleconference. Actions: Council staff will send a clean version of the Annual Report to Congress to the members in the decisions/actions e-mail from this call. Council staff will post the Annual Report to Congress on the Council website with an associated eBlast at least seven days in advance of the Council vote. III. TOPIC: Administrative Contract Support Decisions: N/A Actions: N/A IV. TOPIC: Face to Face Steering Committee Meeting Decisions: The next face to face meeting will be hosted by Florida in mid- to late-April. Date and specific location to be finalized by Wednesday the 14th of February. Actions: Council staff will develop a draft agenda for member input, and will coordinate with Florida regarding logistics for the meeting.
