McHugh ORGANIC RESEARCH - 2 I reviewed the current status of the construction of the thermofluid vapor pressure and thermal stability apparatus with Dr. Fowler a few days ago. All essential components are in hand with the exception of the 0-500 lb*^ran&e strain gauge which is scheduled for delivery <jjuly 25/-------Dr. Fowler has arranged with the strain gauge supplier to (lending)a 0-500 lb. range gauge until our gauge can be ci'envdfed. This will permit construction to continue in the Interim as rapidly as priority problems will permit. In view of the demands of other higher priority projects in the Instrumentation Group, the following schedule now appears most probable* Construction of instrument completed - July 2J. Testing of instrument completed - August JIO. Training of analytical lab representative completed and instrument operating in control lab - AugustJSl.
