RE: Letter to President Trump Dated April 25, 2017 Regarding Saving the United States Coal Industry & Making NASA Great Again!
Dear Vice-President Pence:
Several weeks have passed since I first contacted The White House regarding saving the United States Coal Industry. Since, I have initiated direct contact with Secretary Ryan Zinke, Administrator Pruitt and Secretary Mattis. Unfortunately, in most cases I have found that the original correspondence dated April 25, 2017 (contained herein) had been withheld from the principle recipient.
I'm writing today to inquire whether our good news was ever received by President Trump and to let you know we completed our seminal journey to NASA MSEC in Huntsville, AL to rollout our Solar Hydrogen technology for both The Lunar Landing Propulsion mission as well as Deep Space Exploration. Admittedly, our technology is a "Game Changer" for NASA's propulsion short fall. This extraordinary visit followed meetings in Little Rock, AR to discuss saving White Bluff and Independence Coal Fueled Power Plants. Remarkably, the same technology that can save the US Coal Industry will likely propel The Mars Mission.
I am increasingly concerned that the swamp has swallowed whole my efforts to bring these possibilities to President Trump's attention. Both efforts require Presidential and Vice-Presidential leadership and awareness. Unfortunately, dedicated folks in NASA languish in the absence of leadership, renewed purpose and program vision. NASA is adrift in a sea of climate change sensitivity and rampant mission drift stimulated by the Obama Administration. Buzz Aldrin notably has pointed out the 50th Anniversary of The Apollo Mission falls under this administration - the question remains: what will this President's legacy be? Will he redirect toward making NASA great again against all odds of budget austerity; or will he be known for allowing US rivals their victory over America's Space Exploration and R&D? The Chinese are already ahead of the United States Space Program!
During The Apollo mission 4 cents of every dollar of the federal budget was directed to the Space Race. Currently, one-half of one cent is allocated to NASA from the federal budget. Of that one-half of a penny, 4% is allocated towards R&D. This is the Obama legacy but President Trump and yourself are currently stuck with it. Additionally, the war on coal isn't over until the coal industry achieves recovery and is revitalized. As a combat veteran, former Marine Officer, Father of five sons and fellow Hoosier such conditions are inexplicable. Especially knowing we now have the technology to save both coal and fuel deep space exploration after mining lunar ice for the round trip flight to Mars...under budget!

RE: Saving the United States Coal Industry
Dear Mr. President:
First, let me say how proud I am of you for sticking to your promises, executing your robust daily schedule and maintaining a penchant for straight talk. As a Veteran, concerned US Citizen and Father, I am happier every day that I voted for you. This isn't something that I have felt since I voted for Ronald Reagan. History may recount your victory and actions as President as substantial as Washington crossing the Delaware.
I am concerned that the leftist insurgency that has fully absorbed the Democratic Party, as well as embedded Career Civil Service, holds no higher agenda than to strangle your momentum. I fear that they are so deeply burrowed into the government bureaucracy, a Chinese wall of sorts, remains intact; and, you are not receiving important commercial information that furthers your success. During the early years of our Republic, we named such subversives seditious; today it is treason and not the will of the American people.
I had visited Washington DC in late February after a 3-week rollout of our Clean Coal Technology throughout the West and Appalachia. Unfortunately, important stakeholders such as Secretary of Interior Ryan Zinke, Secretary of Energy Rick Perry and Administrator EPA Scott Pruitt had been slow rolled by the Democrats at their Senate Confirmation Hearings. I was unable to meet with them to share our good news. Your Administration remains eclipsed from hearing about our Clean Coal solution for the US Coal Industry.
In fact, we hold the solution to saving Navajo Station in Page, AZ., right now; but, remain unable to reach through the bureaucracy at Interior to brief Secretary Zinke, a brother warrior from Fallujah, IQ with whom I share a common bond. I'm certain if he were to hear my presentation, ASAP, we could solve Interior's problem with Salt River Project at Navajo Station over the next few months and eliminate future plant closings, job loss and mine closings. This proof of concept will galvanize the US Coal Industry's recovery!
Also, as a native Hoosier and former US Marine Officer I had attempted to schedule a visit with Vice President Pence without success. Mike Catanzaro had not been installed as your Senior Energy Advisor at the time. Regardless, my technological advance and good news for the US Coal Industry remains the same - available to eliminate ALL harmful emissions and able to restore coals pricing competitiveness with natural gas - without subsidy. Other advantages exist but such detail is best reserved for presentation. Our future applications revolutionize Defense, NASA, Transportation and Clean Oil.

Since this good news has not yet found you or your staff, I am hoping that you will look into WHY. Perhaps it has been intentionally misdirected to prevent your further progress and success while fulfilling another important Trump campaign promise. Since your recent rollback of harmful, overreaching regulatory impediments at EPA and appointment of the aforementioned Cabinet Members, I have experienced greater resistance to our technology seeing the light of day or coming to your direct attention.
Although I am encouraged by your actions in Syria and North Korea, I sense from your recent discussion involving the US Steel Industry that the National Security implications from the loss of a robust coal industry remain untold. Coal is the secret ingredient and unsung hero to forging quality steel. High quality steel cannot be made without coal. Coal also remains the fungible commodity, or backbone, to all global trade agreements.
In sum, eliminating coal eliminates both our trade prowess and our industrial ability to produce tanks, ships, artillery, weapons, locomotives, automobiles, etc.
For this reason, we have adapted our Revolutionary Solar Hydrogen Technology for solutions that save US coal burning plants from obsolescence. The Coal Fired Plant is the engine of economic demand necessary to save our coal miners, coal mines and the US coal industry. With appropriate incentives and implementation of our technology at coal burning plants, you can restore approximately 500,000 coal industry jobs over the next 2 to 4 years.
Further, our technology mutes future dispute over manmade global warming and the resulting Climate Change Agenda the Left has manufactured to shape their exaggerated moral imperative. The Paris Climate Agreement is rendered unnecessary via the existence of CLEAN COAL / CLEAN FOSSIL EMISSIONS. I believe once you read this letter personally you'll recognize its importance and Champion our common cause. Not since Oppenheimer opened shop in Los Alamos has a truly new source of energy been discovered or harnessed. I've treated our innovation(s) accordingly.
A brilliant Businessman, when faced with "business as usual" politics during the race of his life once said: "What the hell do you have to lose?" when confronting his critics and fighting for the SOUL of America.
YOU may know him.
I remain Semper Fidelis.
