The USCG folks have asked for a pre-meeting with me before I re-engage with EPA. Currently awaiting USCG to schedule that meeting. Will advise as and when I can pull that together.

Lee I had a good conversation with Administrator Pruitt last night and discussed the USCG alternative compliance program for environmental and safety. He sounded very interested and asked for more information on the subject.
We could do this several ways and I'm happy to pursue it in the way that best helps you in your work. One option would be to bring in USCG to the meeting--they have been supportive of this initiative.
