Jay,
Good afternoon to you. Just want to ensure we are all set for tomorrow. The Administrator will arrive at roughly 12:15 and will proceed to head table to sit with the other speakers (Sen. Lankford, Rep. Cole, and of course Mrs. Freede). The staff he will have with him will include Lincoln Ferguson and Sarah Greenwalt.
At 12:30, you will get up on stage to introduce him and he will deliver 10 minutes of remarks. There will be no Q&A.
You said there will be press by invitee only. Is that still just the Oklahoman and Journal Record along with the two radio shows?
After delivering him remarks, he will depart the hotel.
Please let me know if there is anything else we should consider or expect that we have not discussed.
