We are Interested in a case of lead poisoning. A claim has been filed against our client, The Timken Holler Bearing Company,. asserting that a former employe con tracted lead poisoning while working in the Company's metallurgical laboratory. The case Is coming up for hearing before the Industrial Commission within the next t' o or three weeks.
Dr. Shaweker, the pathologist at Mercy Hospital in this city, gave me s' cop;-' of the January, 1335, issue of the ''American Journal of Clinical Pathology," in which appears an article written by you on this subject. If it is possible we should like to go over this case with you with a view of retaining you as an expert witness to testify on behalf of the Company.
