Since we have been working with the Industrial Ilyrriene Department it has been clear that Doctor Irby desires to issue a joint report from I. II,and C.E. To date we have issued reports on the Alloys Plant, McCook Plant and Plant #44. We are prepared to issue reports on Grand Rapids, Alabama Reclamation, Metallurgical Research, Reduction Research, Listerhill Reduction and River Road, but have not done so because Industrial Hygiene h not ready. Further, Ron Benton did both surveys a! Baton Rouge, and we could be prepared to issue that report fairly soon. We feel that until such time as we can issue our backlog reports, we should not visit any more plants. We request that you reach an agreement with Doctor Irby for separate reports to be issued.
