Monday, April 14, 1980, 10:00 AM, Mr. Hosford, Seedor, Welsch. and Whittington will review April 8 meeting and prepare a list of questions to be promptly submitted to E. Conrads, Headquarters. Mr. Conrads will pose questions to appropriate corporate depart ments and reply on corporate position in a month. 2. Document in employe's medical folder when our doctor verbally notifies an employe of a pulmonary change. The importance of this notification and documentation was stressed. 3. It was strongly recommended that each person on the special list (potential asbestosis cases) be sent to an appropriate specialist and any tests required, be given in the attempt to pinpoint diagnosis, disability if any and logical determination if employe's condition will be recognized as work related or not work related. 4. Suggested all death claims be audited and categorized as to cause . j of death. Action to keep this list updated as deaths occur would be advisable. 5.
