The article (attached) describes the continuing devastation caused by the Hurricanes Maria and Irma two months later, particularly, that most of the island remains without power and without potable water. The article notes that the island's financial woes were magnified when the refinery, the single largest employer, was shuttered, raising questions about how USVI will re-pay its debts. As you can imagine, the restart of the idled refinery units would be an extraordinary help to the USVI economy and the disaster recovery. We look forward to talking with you further.
