From our records, it would appear that we made direct shipments to you prior to December, 1976, of both Resurfo Powder and Resurfo Paste Spachtling Products, but no direct shipments of our Patch 'n Repair Kit. Also from these records, as mentioned, it would appear that Leavitt has not purchased any Resurfo Powder, Resurfo Paste, or Patch 'n Repair Kits from us during 1976, 1977, or 1978 .up to date.
