Re: Rescission of May 7, 1990 Telephone Notification Regarding Leak________
At 0900 hours on May 7, 1990, a small pinhole leak was discovered on a nozzle of Vista's Light Ends Column (C-102). The leak was stopped by 1030 hours on that same day.
Anticipating that more than the reportable chemicals were released to the atmosphere, notification was made to your office.

Through subsequent calculations (see attached), we have now determined that no reporting limits were exceeded.
It is Vista's belief that no adverse impact occurred beyond the boundaries of this facility and that this event did not
meet the "dangerous emissions" criteria as set forth under Louisiana Right to Know Law.
