In addition to the "Milbank documents", our client is specifically interested in reviewing any files pertaining to: (1) Asbestos dust experiments performed by Drs. Gardner and Vorwald at the Trudeau Institute in the late 1930's-1950's. (2) Dr. Lloyd E. Hamlin. Dr. Hamlin was the Medical Director of the American Brakeblok Corp. (3) Dr. Arthur Vorwald (asbestos-related research). . (4) Dr. Leroy Gardner (asbestos-related research). (5) Annual Reports of the Institute from 1936-1957. (6) Minutes of the Institute's Board of Directors or any other governing body of the Institute that discuss in any way, asbestos-related research during the period 1936-1957. f jupatrick & Cody Raymond R. We would like to review, to the extent they exist, all such Annual Reports for the years 1936-1957. It may be the case that these Annual Reports were prepared for the State of New York pursuant to the State's tax exemption provisions. We appreciate the kind cooperation of your Firm, the Institute, and Mr. Kirstein in permitting us access to these documents.
