TRANSITION BRIEFINGS T. Burns, K. Belton, and E. Winkelman provided the Committee with insights to the new administration, including expected appointments, key issues of importance to the administration, and policy directions. M. Naylor, J. Bernard, E. Thom, and R. Flagg updated the Committee on Congress' expected legislative agenda on OSHA Reform, TSCA Reauthorization, Toxics Use Reduction, risk, and Superfund/SARA Section 110. S. Manzo briefed the Committee on the impact of redistricting and party composition on state legislatures, expected legislative agendas in bellwether states, and expected referendums and initiatives. N. Stephens provided the Committee with insights into working the Carol Browner, the designee for EPA Administrator. She also discussed Toxics Use Reduction and pollution prevention initiatives in Florida. F. McEldowney briefed the Committee on the activities in international organizations, the status of EEC unity efforts, and significant activities in non-EEC countries. 7. L.
