These documents were in response to EPA's NOD sent to E.I. duPont on January 15, 1998. It has now been determined that E.I. duPont has satisfactorily responded to the NOD. Therefore, this letter will serve as EPA's approval of the RFI Workplan submitted to SPA on September 24, 1997, as well as the supplemental documents submitted on March 6, 1998 and March 19, 1998.
