Enclosed please find an application for death benefits filed by the widow/
who alleges that her husband/

of continuous asbestos exposure while working for Sherwin-Williams as a
pipe fitter.
At this time/ I have no information to offer to assist in an investigation of this claim. However/ I have been in contact with our local Chicago facilities for copies of all records pertaining to this individual. Upon receipt of those records/ I will forward them to you accordingly.
I trust that either you or Rick will be in contact with the claimant's attorney to gather additional medical information which will show the relationship between the claimant's death and his employment. I trust the attorney will also have copies of all the legal documents such as the death certificate/ marriage certificates/ etc.
