He indicated to me that he was dictating his report after reviewing the pathology and biospy slides for Mr. He also indicated that he called in the chief pathologist at the Cleveland Clinic to review these slides with him. He further stated that this is a classic malignant mesotholemia. He indicated that it is very uncommon but that "this was it". He further indicated that if this man had exposure to asbestos as we indicated in the plant that he felt the case was Indefensibl He indicated to me that I would receive his report within a week and immediately upon receipt of the report and slides, I will return the slides to the hospital and forward a copy of the report to you for consideration on our proposed settle ment .
