Attached to in te rio r ap roxim ately th ree inches o f above s o l u t i o n . The b e a k e r ( w i t h c o v e r 1 was marked " b e a k e r '* and a l l o b s e r v a t i o n s o f same a r e under that heading.

of fib e r board appear to be dropping upon surface from cover board. Liquid is f la t to ta s te .

D efinite water lin e observed. Patch of white m etallic substance forming around casting. This patch is approximately two in c h e s i n d ia m e te r and i s e x te n d in g down to w ard t h e s u r f a c e o f s o l u t i o n a s a t a p e r i n g s t r e a k . T his may be due t o th e solder which holds the d ie to the can. Liquid is f l a t to taste.

Increased w hite patches above water lin e . These patches a re becoming more p ro fu se ; becoming d u sty to to u ch . Area around three quarters of dry surface is mottled w ith these patches. E ntire area covered by water is coated w ith a d e f i n i t e w h ite ch e m ic a l d e p o s i t . The s i d e s o f t h e b u c k e t soacovered appear s tr ia te d w ith innumerable h a ir lin e s which vary from o ne-eighth inch to o n e-fo u rth inch a p a rt. These lin e s extend to bottom of bucket.
