Nichols Construction Company, Inc. P. O. Drawer 2310 Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Attention: Mr. R. N. Nichols
Gentlemen:
In response to your letter of December 3, 1956, we understand that our Construction department has already given you approval to commence clearing from our property all of the various facilities which are owned by you as well as the jet re* frige ration unit belonging to Brill Equipment Company.
You request permission to delay the demolition of the block storage building for a period of two years so that you can rent it to Catalytic Construction Company, 'fte have no immediate need for the area occupied by this structure and will not insist upon its immediate removal from our property. You appreciate, of course, that when, in our opinion such need arises, the building will have to come down. Therefore, we suggest that any agreement you make with the Catalytic Construction Company be on a month*to-month basis.
You understand that this permission does not relieve you from the obligation of performing the demolition when we require use of the area for any purpose.
Very truly yours,
sgd. F. J. Sergeys
