As soon as we complete checking these drawings, we will send you several sets of prints so that you can go ahead and get bids and let the contract for the concrete work and roofing. The structural steel, except as noted below, .will be included in the general steel contract to be let later. There will be a number of items which will be needed before we will have any contract for steel and consequently must either be furnished by you or else Included in the building contract at your discretion. YVe have marked them, both on the drawings and material list, as being furnished by A.S.fc H.Co. and set by the building contractor. These items are all shown together on the lower half of sheet 5. All items on sheets 6 and 7 together with the 40-1?" pipe shafts, Mk. 3S39-A on sheet j?2, will be included in the general steel contract except the item of 11 asbestos gaskets, 3G37-V, which will be left for you to furnish. Y'ith the exception of the 2" pipe shafts, all items on sheets 1 to 5 which do not have a C.D. number opposite them, are being left for you to order. This includes the bags and bailing wire on sheet r3 (the fan, motor and starter on sheet #3 a**e the ones you now have), and all the tilings listed under the heading "Miscellaneous" on sheet 4. I assume that you will Included in the building contract the wood lining for the stacks, the Flexboard, T.f- G* lumber and built-up roofing for the Baghouse Roof and the painting of the basements. That leaves the ordering of the starters for the 7& hp shaker motors, the Solenoid valves and all the other control equip ment, wiring, switches, piping, etc. required for the automatic control of the dampers and shaking for you to furnish.
