ORAL LD50 TEST IN BATS
Procedure: The test material, as an aqueous solution, was administered by intragastric intubation in g-roups of 10 young adult ChR-CD male rats in single doses* A range--finding Study was conducted to d level for the LD50 study+. The surviving animals were weighed and observed during a 14-day recovery sacrificed. The LD50 value was calculated fronr the mortality data using the method of D. J. Pinney.
