Special Tests
In view of the past lack of recording of many of the special tests made from time to time, we have developed a one-page summary sheet which is now being used to record briefly the test information and particularly the observations of each interested department. A sample of this is attached (Report of Production Test Made on").
We are still having a problem in the follow-up of test material in the steel plants and foundries and for this reason, an additional one-page report sheet is now available ("Field Test Report on Sample Material").
Would you please see that a continuing stock of these sheets is held at your office, or distributed appropriately, so that each salesman can obtain and return a completed sheet which will then be filed with the #1 sheet as a permanent record of the test.
Please request sales representatives to complete these #2 sheets and return them to Mary Lou Raybuck at Cleveland so that she can coordinate the filing and the copies required.
