Sanborn visited the Eskridge Production Company oil and gas facility located near Tulsa, Oklahoma on 01/15/2020 for an unannounced inspection. There were no representatives of Eskridge Production Company present for the inspection. The inspection was conducted by authority of the Clean Water Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act to determine compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. FACILITY DESCRIPTION This facility is known as the Robertson Lease and is located east of the Osage casino. Section II - OBSERVATIONS I observed fluids inside the secondary containment berm that were seeping out at the base. I saw a leak in a parted flow line under the lease road at the tank battery. Additionally, I observed 12 drums stored on location during the inspection. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN The secondary containment berms were seeping and there were fluids in the containment area being released from the site.
