Aurelia - We met earlier this year to discuss the pending Deschutes Basin Habitat Conservation Plan. Right now, the USFWS has a Federal Register Notice pending in the Department. We would appreciate your help in advancing this notice so it can be published, in time to announce public scoping meetings for July 19 and July 20. My understanding is that the notice must be published by July 1 in order for the two meetings to be conducted later that month. How can we help advance the notice? Do you need the internal tracking number for the notice or the office where it presently sits, etc?

Richard, Due to the lapse in appropriations, I am furloughed and not able to answer e mails, phone, or conduct any work related
