As you know John was concerned about compromising my position as an expert with 3M and out of respect to 3M given the many years' I had worked with them, I wanted to honor the request. John feels differently now since the PFOA issue appears to be more significant for both companies. Therefore, 3M would have no objection to my assisting Dupont provided we maintain confidentially between the two companies and that Dupont does not disqualify me as a potential expert for 3M.
