In all cases but two, the Shop Electrician's exposure exceeded the O.S.H.A. standard of two fibers/ml. 1 one case, the employees exposure was almost 20 times the standard, and at 10 times the standard, special respirators are required. We have complied with the section on reducing exposure by requiring the employees to wear disposable clothing and respirators, but we still have not scheduled the employees for their physical exams. Bay Lambright will be contacting you about scheduling these employees.
