(conoco) Interoffice Communication to VCM Plant Employees From Steve Ashby Date June 23, 1981 subiect 1981 VCM Medical Testing Program /S~u -fh* The second part of the annual VCM Medical Surveillance program will be conducted by Dr. W. W. Massad who is a member of the Conoco medical staff and has conducted our last two hands-on physical examination sessions. Employees who were tested in April by Health Examinetics, Inc. will receive a physical examination by Dr. Massad and will be given the results of the April tests. Examinations are scheduled for July 7, 8 and 9. They wilT take place in a trailer located just south of the main office building and west of the engineering wing. Attached is a schedule for the examinations. Any employee who has a problem with their scheduled date and/or time should have their supervisor contact me as soon as possible. Plant employees reporting for their examination out side of normal working hours will be compensated for this time at the appropriate overtime pay rate. Arrangements to receive the physical exam ination will be made for any eligible employee who will not be available for the above scheduled dates due to vacation, scheduled days off, etc. However, employees are urged to take the physical examinations at the plant in order to cut down on the inconvenience to them related to visits to a doctor's office.
