A recent review of the contract with the Riley Stoker Company
reveals that some discrepancies exist pertaining to the insulation responsi
bility. According to the design report we would proceed in our^customary nanner to provide insulation for this boilerj however, Riley's oontract includes practically all of the insulation and to my knowledge we have had ho Information to the contrary that we would not proceed in the customary

3A order that the Job be acre complete it should be drawn to the
attention of Mr. F. Q. Feeley, Jr., that the section of the flue gas duct
fron the X.S. fan to the stack indicated as Item 3058-2ltQ in the design
report should be included in the Riley contract for insulation. Also, the
portion of the stack inside the building and where it passes through the
roof should be insulated to reduce the temperature within the building.
Again, removable Insulation covers for the drum manholes should be indicated,
I feel quite certain that Mr. T. L. Owens is desirous of having the work as outlined included.
Very truly yours.
