Regular safety meetings are held and personnel had a good knowledge of safety and emergency procedures. Specific comments: 1. The air conditioner on the 4th floor has not been cleaned up since the last inspection. - ladder not tagged - trash on the floor - insulation scattered throughout area - safety guard missing on 15Z24 blower 2. Respirator fit room is messy. 3. Hot water heater room is cluttered with miscellaneous items. 4. The roof needs to be cleaned up. 5. Offices in environmental area are cluttered. 6.
