Sanders plans to evaluate what has to be done to secure dedicated cylinders for the plant. The evaluation will also include how to keep the Fire Dept, informed so that proper sized emergency repair kits can be secured for plant-wide use. Estimated completion date is 6/1. Contractor Equipment Quality J. Gatewood will check with C.B. plant to review their present contractor equipment inspection program. Hazardous Material Matrix All returns should have been received on 4/1. Grace period will extend to 4/10, after which time R. Hammann will contact outstanding units. Hazardous Material Matrix implementation date is set for 8/1/85. Contractor Safety Film Audio portion completed. Video portion held up due to avail ability of projectors. Estimated completion date is 7/1. L EPP Drill The first EPP drill scenerio will be fully developed by 5/1 by R. Hammann. Cavender will review the 1984 plant survey and inform the committee. SHAC Action Item List R. Hammann distributed latest copie.s of the action list and plans to update it on a basis. HHMA Recommendations J. Gatewood will contact H. Conrad concerning HHMA Action Plan recommendations. SHAC supports the plan, feeling that the action items are feasible. H. Conrad to set timing for completion dates. Potential Safety Concerns B. J. Sanders exhibited a photograph of a port-a-can positioned near dock 4. The position of the box is such that a person opening the door upon exiting could easily be struck by an oncoming car. R. Hammann will address. B. J. Sanders also raised the problem of how to control X-ray work outside the plant battery limits by non-Monsanto sponsored operations working on adjacent pipe lines. The impact on the operation of the AN unit could be significant. R. Hammann to review. Possible route may be to discuss problem with ARCO Dock Master and TCR Yard Master. / ec R. D.
