Finally, every year we host a BBQ for the Secretary in conjunction with our Policy Council meeting, board meeting and Capital Conservation Awards Dinner (which is on May 1 and to which you are invited).
The BBQ would be on the evening of May 2, likely at the Potomac Boat Club in Georgetown. Assuming you're OK with this, please hold the evening on your schedule.
