Bonjour,
We had some last minute changes yesterday evening and this morning (BBL added a presentation and the DuPont presentation). This should be the final agenda (unless we decide to have Dupont only presenting once), I would suggest that any other additions would not be approved anymore from this point on.
The red highlighted ones are those who have not yet send in their presentation. Some have indicated some delay and will send it this week still, for the others I will send out a reminder today to ensure they still do this. If there are no comments by 12:00 on this one I will upload it to the BCR and send it (with a reminder) to the stakeholder.

(Sorry for all the mails...) In the annex (hopefully) the final agenda for next week. As I did not get the info from Dupont yet it can still change, but the current agenda would mean we can have 4 interventions per block, which would be perfect if we add a Q&A and calculate for 12 minute interventions.
If there are no comments or further inputs by you or stakeholders I will upload this to the BCR Sharepoint and I will send it to the stakeholders (without the documents) tomorrow morning.

The email addresses in the third column are the persons that will be attending in person (and thus need to be registered to enter the building), however some stakeholders indicated they still need to change them so also not final yet...
To be discussed (and hopefully finalized ) tomorrow afternoon!

Indeed a very good point... They are going to send some additional information and clarification still so that might clear things up. If they are planning on presenting on the same subject then it might indeed be best to let them group everything in one intervention.
I'll let you know when I get some more info!

Just had a call from
, who is apparently representing Dupont. They indicated that they would like to have a
confidential and a non-confidential intervention. This would mean that the Dupont intervention would be added again.
In the annex you can find a reworked agenda. If we put all interventions on 12 minutes it would not change the overall
timing drastically, we would even have some "buffer" before the start of lunch.
The 12 minutes makes for strange timings, but the overall blocks are "rounded" numbers.
The confidential interventions are now also 12 minutes, which would mean we might even stop a bit earlier (closed BCR discussions would start around 16:15).
I hope it still adds up, otherwise let me know

In the annex you can find my final proposal for agenda (I also included some Q&A sections at the end of each block). Some stakeholders have not come back so I removed them from the list. This means I had to reshuffle a little bit, but overall the original timing for the stakeholders remains unchanged. For the afternoon I calculated a bit more strict with 12 minutes per intervention, this would mean that we would be finishing (depending on the duration of the closed BCR discussions) around 16:30 - 17:00.
Could the other colleagues in CC quickly check whether the current planning is ok? Just to be sure I did not miscalculate anything
If this agenda is ok for you I can send it to the stakeholders and the BCR members.
