Folks,
A number of companies share the concerns of Honeywell and Chemours about the recent court opinion and would like to formally request a meeting next week to discuss EPA's en banc appeal in the DC Circuit Court Decision on SNAP Rule 20.
Attendees from Industry will represent at least the following companies: Ingersoll Rand, Emerson, Hill Phoenix, Danfoss, 3M, Spray Products, Demilec, LaPolla, NCFI Polyurethanes, ESCO, and others.
