"An Assessment of the Risks Associated with the U.S. EPA's Polychlorinated Biphenyl Spill Cleanup Policy" , Enclosed is a final copy of the Terra report which corrects several typographical and mathematical errors found upon re-review. The mathematical error in calculations related to Table 5-1 page 49 due to a misquotation from the original reference. The corrected values in Section 5 present no significant changes in the author's findings and conclusions. Corrections appear on pages 33, 49, 50. 51, 58 and 59.
